Job creation to community located at the Geographical areas of Rhulani Group offered many opportunities to create jobs during the project and beyond - during the contract period will employ people from communities and transfer skills. Direct and Indirect Employment by project. Preference will be given to the appointment of persons from within a 50km radius, job adverts will be placed in the Local Community Newspapers and Municipality Offices working with LED officers under the supervision of the Mine, Planning, Grants and Loans.

Based Socio-Economic Development Rhulani Group will consider the following areas as Top Priorities - Economic Related activities with a focus of Job Creation, Education related activities particularly on development of schools, people related needs of training opportunities, high needs of social services including better care of people living with HIV/Aids,

Development of programmes for woman, youth people with disabilities and people living in rural areas and support Arts, Cultural or sporting development programmes. The majority of the employees of the project will be from the surrounding communities and one of the primary features of RHULANI GROUP will be to uplift the affected Communities.
